The Caribbean Shipping Association (CSA) is pleased to announce its second exchange training programme for 2017.
This will be done in collaboration with the Manzanillo International Terminal (MIT) in Panama and will see the sharing of knowledge, experience, and best practices across national borders. MIT has a technologically advanced operation, with skilled and experienced personnel and world-class service delivery.
The CSA-MIT training initiative is scheduled for March 20-24, 2017, and offers the opportunity for marine terminal personnel from across the Caribbean and Latin American region to immerse themselves in the operations of a modern port facility.
This programme is free of cost to participantswho will only have to cover airfare expenses. MIT will cover food and transportation costs, while CSA will cover the cost of lodgings. Trainees will be housed at the MIT’s facilities which include a hotel and classrooms.
This course can accommodate a maximum 8 participants and the preference will be given to applicants who have never participated in previous programmes. Interested persons are urged to apply now to take advantage of this useful and informative training programme.
