A note to CSA conference attendees

The COVID-19 pandemic and its unpredictable effects have forced organizations and countries across the world to take decisive action to protect the health and safety of their people. The containment of this threat requires the collective effort of us all.

Given the extraordinary circumstances, the Caribbean Shipping Association (CSA) has taken a decision to postpone its hybrid Annual General Meeting, Conference and Exhibition, which was initially scheduled for November 1-November 3, until early next year.

The difficult decision to postpone the conference was made to protect our participants, as their safety remains paramount! The increasing number of infections and virus-related deaths associated with the delta variant; growing travel restrictions to the United States; and the position of many companies to limit unnecessary travel by their employees supported our resolve that this is best way forward.

An exact date for the rescheduled event will be announced in short order.

More than ever, our continued cooperation and exchange of ideas, facilitated by events such as our AGM, Conference and Exhibition, will shape how we achieve increased synergies and manage the challenges we share.

We invite our partners to continue engaging with us and to plan their participation as we work towards executing the finest programme in our 51 years of existence!
