CSA Cybersecurity Training – New Date: April 8, 2021

As in many industries across the globe, cyber-attacks in the maritime industry are on the rise. Maritime organizations as prominent as Maersk, CMA CGM, MSC, the Port of Long Beach, and even the International Maritime Organization have suffered cyber-attacks. Regardless of organization type, training staff on cyber risk awareness is one of the most cost-effective and consequential steps a maritime organization can take to reduce its organizational cyber risk profile, increase its cyber resilience, and create an organization-wide cybersecurity culture.

CSA members have a unique opportunity to practice responding to a cyber-attack alongside other organizations in their supply chain community during CSA’s Where is My Cargo? A Maritime Supply Chain Cybersecurity Exercise webinar offered in partnership with Hudson. Focusing on the maritime supply chain and cargo management specifically, Part I will consist of an introductory presentation on maritime transportation cybersecurity risks and challenges; Part II will consist of a hands-on, interactive exercise focused on a cyber incident in the maritime supply chain.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a Certificate of Competition with a unique identification number.
